We will then get back to you to confirm the details and request you to complete a Gite Rental Booking Form.

Booking process:

Contact us with your preferred dates. Once we receive your request, subject to availability, we will reply with a booking confirmation, invoice, rental rules and rental agreement. 

A booking security deposit of £250 is required. This must be received within five (5) days of booking the holiday property along with the signed rental agreement. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied towards rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, in line with the rental rules.

An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required twelve (12) weeks before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. The balance of rent, (50%) is due eight (8) weeks before your arrival date.

Cancellations that are made more than eight (8) weeks prior to the arrival date are subject to a £50 cancellation fee and forfeiture of the booking security deposit. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made eight (8) weeks or less of the arrival date, forfeit the full amount paid and booking security deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. All cancellations must be made in writing, sent by recorded delivery and must arrive before the above times.

If payments are not received by the dates due we reserve the right to forfeit the booking security deposit and cancel the holiday booking.

The tourist tax is not included in the price (Currently 0.40€ per adult per night) this is payable locally and is transferred, in full, to the local commune.
